Why Me
The F&I manager who builds systems.
Every store in New Jersey says its finance department is strong. Here's what I put on the table that most F&I candidates can't — and what it does for your funding, your floor, and your bottom line.
What I bring to the store
Funding, first
Every deal funds-ready the day it delivers — e-contract for speed, ink for a clean jacket, stips handled before the customer is out the door. Money in the bank in days, not weeks.
100% presentation
Every customer sees a full F&I menu — VSC, GAP, protection products — every time. It protects the customer, protects the store, and produces back-end gross without cratering CSI. No cherry-picking, no shortcuts.
Stickler, on purpose
OFAC, Red Flags, Truth in Lending, adverse action, state and bank requirements — followed cold. Deals fund clean, audits come and go quietly, and my packages never give a lender a reason to look sideways at your store.
Goals that run themselves
Daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for every rep — pulled from the CRM, not the honor system, and automated so nobody has to compile them. No ambiguity about who's on pace.
Makes the floor better
Word tracks, one-on-ones, menu training, and a standard for how appointments get set and confirmed — built with your sales managers, for their floor. A stronger turn to the box means more product on every buyer's order.
Dashboards most candidates can't build
Power BI, SQL, and Python — lender performance, product penetration, and rep-level KPIs on live boards, built in-house instead of bought from a vendor. See the standards I run at every level of the store.
Year One
What your store gets
A funding machine
Menu on every deal, same-day packaging as routine, and compliance boxes checked before the lender asks. The back end produces and the money lands fast.
An accountable floor
Automated goal tracking every rep can see, Saturday appointment standards that actually hold, and coaching behind every number. The board runs the meeting — not opinions.
A manager who stays
The development plan is built to be earned inside one store — and every system I install stays with the store that developed me.
The Record
Specifics, handled the right way
In the box since 2018 — Flawless Auto Mall, then Woodbridge Ford (sold in 2026); fifteen-plus units a month at Sansone Auto Mall before that. I don't publish my employers' numbers on the internet, and I'd never publish yours. What you get on the first call: where I've worked, what the boards showed, and dealer references who'll vouch for how I run a desk.
"Ask me about menu penetration by product. Ask what my CIT list looked like on the 28th of the month. Ask how a chargeback gets prevented at the desk instead of fought after. If the answers aren't specific, don't hire me."
